Practice Policies

Confidentiality

The doctors and staff have a legal requirement to keep all information and records regarding all patients safe and confidential. Any information given to any member of the practice staff is treated as confidential and will be passed only to health professionals who need to be aware of this information.

Complaints

If you have any comments, concerns or complaints about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working for the practice, we would like to know.

Complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager, or alternatively you can make an appointment with the practice manager to discuss your concerns.

We would be interested in any comments, good or bad, on the services we provided. Patient’s suggestions and views are considered when reviewing procedures within the practice to improve the services we offer to our patients.

Zero Tolerance

The practice operates a zero tolerance policy on abusive, threatening and aggressive behaviour aimed at our staff or others working within the practice. Displays of such behaviour may result in a request for the patient to be removed from the practice list.
